This service is used to obtain an Operator History Report/Confirmation Letter.
Please note that these documents cannot be emailed or sent via regular mail, they must be sent to you via registered mail.

Once all requirements are met, we will email you a credit card payment invoice. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to an additional government approved payment processing fee of approximately 3.5% of the total cost.
